All four empty hand forms and the two weapons forms are practised depending on the students current level.
Fitness & Conditioning
Light to medium warm up, including cardio, stretching, conditioning, and core strengthening exercises.
AKA ‘Sticking Hands’ helps develop automatic reflexes, and trains you to protect your centreline whilst feeling for and taking advantage of your opponents vulnerabilities.
Full Contact Sparring
Not mandatory, but a great tool for working on timing, footwork, and bridging.
Scenario Based Drills
Dealing with an aggressor in more of a live environment.
Self Defence Applications
Applying your Wing Chun in a self defence situation on the street.
